school coaching

We currently work in just over 100 primary schools using our base in Northamptonshire to spread into neighbouring counties. We deliver over 425 weekly coaching sessions. During 2015/16 we delivered 15,000 PE lessons and Clubs and are really proud to have fulfilled every single one of them (unless cancelled by the school). We understand that consistency in delivery is critical to a school’s operation.

At Pacesetter we are always looking to improve the breadth and quality of delivery and currently use our CLOUD 9 programme to showcase the services we can offer. Within this there are brand new concepts that will provide maximum flexibility as we realise all schools have different needs with their provision. This specifically allows schools to utilise both their current budget as well as the sports premium funding which has been pledged until 2020. • “Blakesley CE Primary School are very pleased to be working with Pacesetters.  We have always found their coaches to be very knowledgeable and they teach fun, engaging lessons which all the children are able to access.  Behaviour management has been strong and the children look forward to their PE sessions.  Teachers have benefitted from working with Pacesetters coaches and have developed their PE skills.  Pacesetters offer us a numbers of out-of-hours clubs too which many children have benefitted from – Multi-Sports, Olympic athletics, tag-rugby and tennis to name a few."

  • “As a school, we have found Pacesetter Sports to be an excellent PPA cover. They are an extremely professional and deliver exactly what they say they will deliver. The coaches are punctual, organised, friendly and extremely flexible in meeting children’s needs ensuring differentiation. The coaches have developed excellent relationships with the children and the children are highly engaged and thoroughly enjoy the sessions. As well as teaching PE the coaches run lunchtime and after school clubs and have played a full part in our school life. The coaches follow our school behavior policy and work in real partnership with us. I would highly recommend them to any school looking for a sports provider."

  • “In the past we have experienced a variety of after school club providers, with varying degrees of success.  From an office perspective, you want these providers to be efficient and organised, and most importantly not to generate extra workload for office staff.  Pacesetter Sports fulfils all of these requirements.  We have been so impressed by how this company operate that from September 2013 we asked them to cover PPA.  This has worked so well that we have decided to continue this for another year.  We would like to thank Pacesetters for all their support."

Helen Robinson - School Business Manager, The Abbey Primary School
  • “Since Pacesetters started running sports clubs during term time and during holidays i have found them nothing but professional and an organised team. This has meant that I am able to leave the coaches to look after our facility knowing it will be in good hands and left in a good condition. We have a good relationship with Pacesetters and look forwad to continuing this in years to come."
